While creating my website and logo, I wanted to come up with something that would symbolize my photography endeavor. After much thought, I realized that I am always drawn to the dragonfly. I did a google search on them and discovered that they represent many things in different cultures. Pretty much every meaning describes a characteristic that I try to possess. The following are just a few meanings: change, prosperity, good luck, strength, peace, harmony, purity, light, adaptability, grace, insight, transformation, renewal, positive force. But, the one that resonated with me most was the belief that the dragonfly knows its life is short and that it must live it to the fullest. I agree with that and hope to help everyone remember their special moments in life through my pictures.
